Items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours.
If it is not in stock, it will be shipped within 3-5 days after placing the order and payment.

Before sending any items back to us, please make sure all of the following prerequisites are met:
Send an email to dengfengwang023@gmail.com and include your order number to initiate a return.
Products must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
Products must still have all labels attached.
Products must be returned with all parts and accessories.
Products can be sent back in the packaging they arrived in, or you can purchase return packaging at your own expense.
Products must be returned within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of order. That is, if you receive an item on the 1st, you have until the 21st of the month to initiate an exchange or return.
Products returned used or beyond the 15 day return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (If you email us within 15 business days of receiving your product, you will not be charged a fee and we will respond on a per-request basis!)
If you are returning multiple items from the same order, please return them all at once.
If all of these conditions are met, JENNIFERM will refund the value of the returned product, less any original shipping charges. JENNIFERM will not issue refunds for returns that do not meet all of the above conditions; however, you may elect (within thirty (30) days of receipt of notification that you are not entitled to a refund) to request that your merchandise be shipped back to you, It is at your own expense, provided: it is received. Your written request must also state your agreement to pay return shipping costs and the manner in which you will pay such shipping charges. If you do not request the return of the Goods within such thirty days, you authorize Provider and any of its affiliates or agents to dispose of such Goods.
International Returns:
International customers - Please email dengfengwang023@gmail.com with your order ID and return/exchange request and we will send return instructions and provide a return form to fill out and include in the package.
International customers are responsible for shipping charges* on returns and exchanges. Items can be sent via Post Office, FedEx, UPS or DHL - whichever method is most cost effective. Once the return has been shipped, we will ask for the tracking number of the package to be emailed.
*If you are exchanging an item, JENNIFERM does cover all shipping + customs fees for sending a replacement item, so you don't have to worry about any additional fees/charges for sending a replacement item. See the exchange description below for more details.

Good Holiday Shopping Policy
JENNIFERM Return window runs from October 15th to December 20th. If you are purchasing as a gift, during this time you must initiate an exchange, store credit, or return with us by January 15th.
All holiday returns/exchanges must be initiated on or before January 15th.
*Please note that if you send us an email and we have received your email, you will not be charged any fees for delayed processing once we receive your email, thank you for your patience, we Each person will be responded to in order of the date of their request.
Receive a refund:
JENNIFERM will begin processing your refund once we receive your returned item. Refunds will be processed approximately ten (10) business days after our warehouse receives your return. JENNIFERM will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used for the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one to two billing cycles from the date of return, depending on which credit card company you use.
Items purchased from retail stores:
If you purchase our products from a retail store, you will need to return the items to the original place of purchase. Return policies vary between retail stores, so please familiarize yourself with your local retail store's policy. Any item purchased from a retail store for shipment to JENNIFERM will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the sender.

International customers - please email dengfengwang023@gmail.com to place an exchange request. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges for exchanged items. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value. If the exchange item costs more, all additional charges must be paid before the exchange item is shipped.

If we make a mistake:
Hey, we're not perfect. If we send you the wrong item or a damaged item, JENNIFERM will pay the return shipping costs and send you a replacement item at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt, you can contact the in-store customer service staff online or contact us by email at dengfengwang023@gmail.com. The JENNIFERM team will help you with your return. Please include your order ID + damaged or incorrect item in the subject so we can assist you immediately.
